Sunday, October 9, 2022 - From 0.375 bottle. Still a litlle closed, but startint to open up a little with some more air. Notes of sweet and sour cherries, black fruit, some dark chocolate, some herbal notes, salty minerality, graphite, also some tobacco leaf. It‘s medium-full bodied, with excellent persistence, it has high acidity, also some medium+ tannin that is very good quality. Long finish with plenty of tension. A really nice, complex and excellent Blaufränkisch that will still need a few years to show everything. Great potential.
