Sunday, October 9, 2022 - Pink/purplish rim, ruby red center. Nose was farmyard with mix of violets and red berries. Palate was fresh redcurrant and animal sweat with a tinge of floral honey. Medium-high acidity, very good structure and long astringent finish.
