Saturday, October 15, 2022 - Clear light/medium gold with a multitude of fine bubbles; clean medium nose of slight biscuit, light lemon, light apple and minerality; dry; high acidity; medium alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter and beautifully balanced like a crimson crisp apple - precise but round; long finish; drink now or in 10 years; not too autolytic - refined and approachable
