Sunday, October 16, 2022 - Vina Tondonia lunch at restaurant Maeve (Utrecht, NL): Already quite advanced, sherry, bee wax and honey notes. Good balance, a hint of cabbage that would keep me from cellaring it much longer. Medium finish
