Dinner at Coulisse (Amsterdam, NL): [Restaurant purchase] Great bottle to finish the evening. Medium+ intensity on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, lemon peel, minerality, hint of petrol. High acidity, very long finish. So much energy on the palate!

Dinner at Coulisse (Amsterdam, NL): [Restaurant purchase] A great bottle, but a tad too ripe to be amazing, shows the warm vintage (not necessarily in the alcohol but in the fruit). Medium+ intensity on the nose with roses, tar, licorice, sour cherry, hint of brett? Medium+ acidity, high tannins, long finish
