Sunday, October 23, 2022 - This is delicious. Came together really well after an hour or so open and 1/2 hour in the glass. It needs air for sure. Wonderful fruit but enough mouthfeel to carry it along. There is fat and some savoriness in the back to balance it put, and I get the same silkiness that others have called out. I find that in many Bedrock syrahs. This is CA wine, I don't get crushed rock but instead find silky sunshine and deep red fruit. Excellent, and excited for the One and Two which are up next.
