Thursday, October 27, 2022 - Re-tasting. Med+ intense aromas of bramble, black cherry, light leather, cranberry, violets, sweet liquorice, herbals, earth and musk. Youthful aromas.
Dry, high acidity, med+ smooth tannins, med+ bodied and medium alcohol.
Med+ intense flavours of bramble, black cherry, liquorice, tobacco, herbals, leather, violets and earth. Med+ finish.
This is really good and very enjoyable already but can develop further. Lovely QPR.
