Friday, October 28, 2022 - Tidying up the cellar last weekend and found three bottles in a mixed case with some Le vieux donjon 2007. Don’t know what I was thinking during the Covid lockdown with this storage strategy, anyway I opened one and it’s well made but a bit of an oak bomb. It was better with steak though.
