Sunday, October 30, 2022 - A little more than a year since last trying this wine. Medium ruby color. A complex bouquet with notes of raspberry, dark plum, cured meat, minerality, pie crust and dried herbs. Lush satin texture, medium bodied, with bright red and black fruit on the palate and a frame of firm, sinewy tannins.
