Monday, November 7, 2022 - Sadly one bottle was corked and another oxidized, but a third came through with a powdery raspberry nose, filled with aromatic Perigord truffle and a touch of leather. Succulent, classic Pomerol. I regret only having a couple of ounces of this. Interestingly, the nose was reticent as soon as the cork was pulled, but it unfolded nicely after about 45 minutes in the decanter.
