Served with VINLOQ
👃Red berries with anise, cardamom, clove, licorice. Became perfumed with time in the glass
👅Earthy, herbals, spices & fruit. Light tannins

"Slow Decanted" the remaining wine in my refrigerator

DAY5
👃More detailed with red fruit, 5 spice, ash, green leaves & purple flowers. Elegant & seductive
👅Silky and classy. Med body. Great finish. Needs a touch more midpalate intensity but it is refined, charming and irresistible

DAY 10
Still drinking well but not hitting all of the subtle notes

Slow Decanting preference:
Day5>Day1>Day10
