Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - PnP. Light greenish gold. Very complex on the nose and palate with citrus (tangerine), blood orange, tropical fruits (guava) and spice (sage?). It is the more savory notes that are most intriguing. I think this will be better in 5 years but it is very interesting now.
