Tuesday, November 22, 2022 - Pale gold. This was a very decent bottle, suprising me by being a lot more Puligny in character than I had previously thought possible, which is obviously a good thing in my book. Immediately shouted out fine white burgundy, and this particular bottle seriously over-delivered versus its still meagre price tag. Les Setilles does not always do this, and mood is perhaps a factor, but this really hit the spot this evening. It was equally good on day 2 after being in the fridge, had lost nothing.
