A substantial, weighty cuvee, very much in line with Olivier Leflaive style, especially for anyone who's tasted his Meursault's or Auxey Duress'.
On the nose - Garigue, limestone, Reblochon and toasted nuts, definitely more stink and less fruit. Definitely has intrigue, but at times it's a little much and perhaps lacking in balance.
In the mouth - Lush and full with explicit notes of dried fruit, apricot, herbs and honeysuckle. Much better balance on the palate than on the nose, and really quite enjoyable.
Good QPR, and comparable in quality to Leflaive entry level village offerings.
89 points on the night, drink now through 2026.

Solid no nonsense bourgogne blanc at a price [that used to be] to die for. No longer quite the value it once was but you are still likely to be getting an excellent bottle for your money. As a house white you really cannot go far wrong here.

There is almost no praise high enough for this wine. It screams white burgundy and punches way over its weight. Remember that it is (was) a shade over £10 ib and tell me again that I am talking rubbish. It is *always* completely on point. Excellent on day 2 also, just consistently good wine with a simply stellar QPR. Buy as much as you can of this and the Oncle Vincent, even with the price hikes, you can't go wrong. Grapes from around Puligny in most years (supplemented from the Macon in 2021) and made by the same team in the same place. Bargain.

Tart when first open and then mellowed out after 35 minutes. Almost clear medium-light body wine. Mellon and pear fruit with a slight mineral hint. Beautiful finish.

Pale gold. This was a very decent bottle, suprising me by being a lot more Puligny in character than I had previously thought possible, which is obviously a good thing in my book. Immediately shouted out fine white burgundy, and this particular bottle seriously over-delivered versus its still meagre price tag. Les Setilles does not always do this, and mood is perhaps a factor, but this really hit the spot this evening. It was equally good on day 2 after being in the fridge, had lost nothing.

Consistently very good, all Bourgogne elements are present - it is fresh, it has decent green fruit with a citrussy tinge, it is tight and held back without being nervous. Just right for the price. Equally good on day 3 we felt, corked and put in the fridge. Drinking nicely now, but no hurry.

Notes as per 26/06, no change. A good daily house white that never disappoints, consistently on point when you need a white burgundy. The price seems to be heading north....

Pure and reasonably precise Bourgogne blanc, a touch too much oak at this stage for my liking, it is just a touch creamy. However it is another good daily option, good value, and remarkably consistent given the volume made. Again, this will be a buffer wine I think, and very happy to have this as one of my house whites.

239 SEK. Oak is definitely in balance, not over powering at all. Some good acidity, if you are looking for a well priced, well made, food friendly white burgundy I think this is a decent option. Doubt age will do anything for it but will wait a year to open another or so just to see if that oak can get slightly more integrated.

Just a little boxed in by wood and touch of sulfer at this point but pretty good concentration and balance for this level. Modest freshness as well. A bit more focused and punchy on day 2. This is more of a complete wine than most regional offerings at this price and offers some limited upside.

Nice white burgundy, rich creaminess with flavours of lemon, apple, pear, lime, butter, cream and a touch of oak. Needs a little air to open up but is delicious. Punches well above its price point.

Pale straw color. Light to medium body. Very fresh and lively, feminine profile, very good balance. Slightly on the thin side. Nice finish. Very good for a regional wine, better than some premier crus! Great value. I will be seeking more.

Blekt gul i färgen. Ung fruktig doft med inslag av tropisk frukt, gula äpplen, smör, bröd och vanilj. Frisk syra, medelfylligt. Medellång smak. Efter lite luft och något högre temperatur blev smak och doft mer intensiv.

A reliable white burgundy year after year. The minimal use of oak let the slightly muted tropical fruit shyly come forward. Appreciate this value wine as it has just enough acidity to pair with food (seafood preferred), without being austere. Good quality to price ratio (QPR). Recommend.

Really good, juicy, pretty, flavourful stuff. A floral spring breeziness to the nose and palate, becoming richer with air and warmth. Best around 50 F - cooler and the aromatics are muted; warmer and the alcohol and spicy oak characters start to pop out of the mix. Perennially reliable and well priced - unusually so for Burgundy. This wine sees mostly oak (10% new), a bit of stainless. Nice on release, not for aging. 14.2%, $20.
