Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Wonderful wine! I made a tasting note 2 years ago. The acids have mellowed. It is very delicate and smooth. Really great. A side note…the bottle was decanted an hour before we drank it. The first sip was great from the bottle…it was even better after an hour.
