Saturday, December 10, 2022 - Intensity medium(-). Cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, pepper, cedar, tobacco, medicinal. Acidity medium, tannins medium(+). Finish medium. After 23 years this Crozes-Hermitage still stands much stronger than I had expected, although I would recommend everyone with a bottle in the cellar to consume it shortly as the fruit that is left is likely to fade away.
