Monday, December 12, 2022 - Deeply colored. Expressive nose- blueberry, blackcurrant, black tea. On the palate medium acid and tannins, soft/ripe. However, there was some refermentation w/ a bit of spritz in the glass and pressure on opening the bottle - suggesting some residual sugar. The wine is good but not as complex or expressive as prior zins by Bedrock
