Sunday, December 18, 2022 - 90 minute decant.
Garnet color, with a touch of bricking at the edges. Earthy nose with notes of mint and anise.
A delicious melange of savory flavors undergirded by dark fruit. Firm tannins are still present. This one still has several years of life ahead, although I suspect it has already peaked.
