Thursday, December 22, 2022 - Discovered today in the cellar and drunk tonight with veal piccata. Well into brown, but still alive with the distinctive Barolo characteristics. Now on the downslope, so drink very soon if you still have it. Found a second bottle, now slated for consumption tomorrow night with a pasta dish.
