Thursday, December 29, 2022 - Had it at a restaurant. Very yeasty on the nose, probably the most I have had. It also has an intensely fruity nose with a hint of nuttiness. On the palate, great structure with tons of bubbles, and great acidity but the burst of fruit flavor makes it very approachable and feel less dry. A very good wine that will surely improve given the fine structure and strength of bubble and acid.
