Monday, January 2, 2023 - Day 1 - Very ripe Barolo. Sweet overtone of balsamic vinegar, vanilla, caramel and underbush. Undertone of dark cherry, strawberry jam, and prune - almost Primitivo- like. Sandy robust tannin and sharp acidity is giving good tension to above characteristics. 91.
Day 2 - got integrated with less edge. Typical aged wine flavors - more advanced than its actual age. 90.
Day 3 - regained energy - full of inky/ashy/dusty boldness. 91.
