Wednesday, January 11, 2023 - Lambic Bio Saison 2016-2017, bottled June 2, 2020. No fizz; at this point I'm pretty sure this is a still beer. Some hoppy herbals, with a relatively clean taste though there's a slight butyric note on the finish that I'm not keen on. Interesting to drink, but definitely not my preferred style of beer for its lack of carbonation.
