Sunday, January 22, 2023 - Decanted for an hour, intense colour, showing first signs of maturation- looking brilliant in the glass. Tobacco and sour cherry dominated nose and mouth feel, quite weighty on the palate, but was expected from that particular chianti area. Rich and savoury, promising, modern approach.
