Tuesday, December 7, 2021 - Served blind. Touch of gold colour. Very gentle effervescence. Bit of brioche/toast on the nose. Bit of oyster shell on the palate. Nicely balanced and refreshing. Clean/Light. Sweetness on the palate as it broadened with air.
