Sunday, January 22, 2023 - 3/6, cork 80% soaked, decanted 1/2 hr. Medium/deep garnet core, pale garnet rim. Gently spicy, aromatic nose, sour red cherry, spice, florals. Medium bodied, composed and harmonious with red cherry fruit, a touch of savour, vibrant acidity, fine, pretty much resolved tannin, good length spicy finish. Excellent, in the classic mould and now drinking well.
