Tuesday, April 28, 2009 - Tight as ever, even with 2+ hours in the decanter. Started to open up and reveal crushed rocks, glycerin like tannins, creamy raspberries, roasted pepper and toasty oak. Palate was rather drying and with lots of tannins, even towards the end of the bottle. Good balance for a young petite, but this needs another 10 years plus.
