Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Light yellow color. A bit of lemon cream and matchstick on this scent. Really nice balance. Light bodied, Acidity resolving. Very pretty flavor of lemon, and matchstick finishing long on flavor with a touch of skin tannin closing the finish. A ringer for premier cru white burgundy. Very enjoyable.
