Saturday, February 4, 2023 - Popped and poured at fridge temp. On the nose initially some melon aromas that dissipated quickly with a little airtime, leaving subtle vanilla notes. Medium bodied, smooth and rather soft, delivering subtle creamy and vanilla notes with a hint of yellow fruit and decent lean acidity. All in all rather pleasant and easy drinking despite of the dominating oak.
