Thursday, February 9, 2023 - Chef Don Saunder's food entices 7 city dwellers to our place in the exurbs! 8 of us plus Nita & Joe enjoyed Don's magnificent food tonight 30 miles from downtown Minneapolis. What a night!! CV,KB,SS,CS,DM,DD,LI, & DS. My btl tonight for the group on arrival. I have always loved this wine but tonights btl was drinking like a $250 tete cuvee rose'. Everything about this was stunning. A very concentrated, intense rose' with amazing fruit purity, mineral & drive. 2 btls left in the cellar. Wish it was at least 6 on hand! A must restock for me.
