Saturday, October 15, 2022 - Sammamish Port Club - October 2022 (Seattle, Washington): Bottled in 2015. Brown-yellow in color. Some herbal notes on the nose with lime and gingerbread. Very elegant flavor profile with honey and dried fruit. There are pleasant, sweet waves of rich flavors that appear on the mid-palate. There are some tannins on the finish but overall the finish has a nice balance.
