Sunday, February 19, 2023 - perfectly stored, cork had a bit of leak and level was high shoulder, wine was perfectly mature and would last at least 10 years more.. hardly any orange on rim, nose was bordeaux like, pencil lead and tobacco, full bodied red and black fruit, the tempranillo sweetness and fullness was till evident, not much tannins left but beefy! had it with prime rib, just lovely. no rush to finish, however my last bottle. benefit of aging.
