90 Points

Saturday, May 2, 2009 - This gives an immediate impression of rich and luscious. The nose is thick with black currant and blackberries. Upon warming, the nose adds an earthy, black olive tone. The taste continues with the same richness of black currant and blackberry. The finish follows suit with nice medium length and good balance. It's a little hot on the end, but maybe that's redundant for a big Barossa Cab? Excellent overall. Good enough to grab some bottles after the tasting.
