Monday, February 27, 2023 - New to old Sauternes. A really lovely wine though. Honeycomb, nuts and raisins, saffron and orange blossom, some melon, rich and luxurious. Still decent acidity. Was surprised at the vivacity. Really well balanced and a pleasure to drink.
