Thursday, March 2, 2023 - Very dark red color. PNP, drank a couple glasses over 2 hours. Another winner, showing well already, the '15 Fontodi CC has a classic old school style. Deep dark cherry and plum fruits, tobacco, spice and mineral notes, with a subtle floral underpin, this has a wealth of dark fruits that maybe even give a little sense of purple fruit. The tannins and moderate though very round and approachable. Very good. 91+ to 92pts.
