Friday, March 3, 2023 - This was a really nice bottle .. crisp, bright and refreshing. Very close to Cam's description of zingy..

Nice citrus fruit flavors & aromas, great acidity and the ultimate compliment from a NZ SB drinker that it was very good and similar to her typical Favorite SB!

Bright and refreshing, I liked to lower alcohol (vs. other whites) and it paired very well with sushi. May have to re-order more at the next sale !
