On day 1 the palate was more grapefruit or generic citrus, slight tart green apple, high acid and long finish. Day 2 it mellowed some with more of a lime profile and “minerals” to my taste. There is a hint of sweetness as well. Much better in my opinion and really preferred this with food. Solid, inoffensive Riesling.

Very nice and dry! Surprised many that this was a Riesling. Delicious now. Probably can age quit a bit as the there is plenty of acidity. A steal of a price from dN on a great wine.

consistent with prior tasting - this is just a really nice, easy drinking wine. Pairs will with apps as well as sushi/poke bowls. Crisp with bright fruits, a bit of mineral and lots of acid. This is just a really nice wine that I think most ppl will enjoy.

Lemon and grapefruit on the nose. Racy acidity, some minerals on the finish - nice sharp wine.
Updated with Cam's notes so I can find them: A crisp, dry, zingy, intensely flavored Riesling that will make you sit up and take notice! Aromas and flavors of lemons, limes and candied grapefruit that are fused together by a laser-like beam of acidity that carries right through to the long finish. It’s drinking beautifully right now, brilliant on its own or as an accompaniment to seafood, salads or poultry dishes. 100% estate vineyards, 100% free run juice, 100% stainless steel. 12% alc.

Pale straw, pear, grapefruit and lemon zest on the nose. A bit more tropical fruits on the palate with nice acidity. Real great mouth feel with a nice long finish.

This was a really nice bottle .. crisp, bright and refreshing. Very close to Cam's description of zingy..
Nice citrus fruit flavors & aromas, great acidity and the ultimate compliment from a NZ SB drinker that it was very good and similar to her typical Favorite SB!
Bright and refreshing, I liked to lower alcohol (vs. other whites) and it paired very well with sushi. May have to re-order more at the next sale !

Medium pale gold. Right out of the 'fridge this had a muted nose - let it warm up. Nose of lemon and grapefruit oil and pith, saline, candied lycee, and bit of perfumey flowers, and a bit of a black licorice herbal profile. Medium-light bodied, laser focused high acidity, and bone dry. Very tart lemons, limes, grapefruits all attack at the same time. The fruits give way to lighter minerals with a mildy chalky texture. Long lemon oil.
There was something a bit fragrant on the mid-palate that I can't put my finger on. I think this is the jasmine note from the Ken Gargett note provided on the sales pitch.
Overall, this is an extremely focused Riesling. It's very good. NR until the rest of bottles get some age on it.

Lime zest, underripe peach. Very zingy acidity with light/medium body. Refreshing. Very nice for seafood or warm weather sipping.

Was fine. Lots of lemon lime. Great value at $9 but wouldn't pay a whole lot more.

On track with my previous note. Still lots of lime on the finish. Starting to notice a tiny hint of petrol on the nose. A steal at the price.

Very dull. Decent enough white wine, but no riesling character that I can detect. Not bad by any means, but goes in the cooking pile for me.

Nice somewhat neutral riesling, decent acidity, good minerality, nothing too complex but very good value.
