Friday, March 3, 2023 - (Lunch, JR & CC.) A profoundly assertive nose of roasted nuts, white fruits, warm spices and cool flowers. So complex for its young age. The palate extends all that and adds layers of intensely laced mouth filling flavours with well balanced touches of salinity and background oak. A broad, lengthy and ethereal finish. Stunningly good.
