Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Coravin fun - Burgundy (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Pretty, creamy, slightly jubey black fruits, fruit tea and sweet spice, touch of caramel in the background, freshly tilled earth and, with time, a little tomato leaf. Juicy, medium plus intensity acidity, muted black fruits, plenty of slightly chalky textured grip, the fruit persists beneath this, long, those slight caramel and tomato leaf notes join on the finish. Getting to 'tidy-up' time...
