Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Red cherry, dried cranberry, white mushrooms, dirt, tobacco, banyard, animal funk and potpourri on the nose. The palate is simpler - I mostly just get the fruit, a chemical/plastic note and a hint of dried green herbs (like herbs d'Provence).

Medium body, medium acid, medium + tannin. This feels like bulk wine Monastrell to me - the kind of thing you'd get when ordering the house red in Spain. But I give it some points for being varietally correct.
