Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - 08032023 - dinner at Farm2plate. Bro solusern’s blind bottle tonight which I guessed as a 2013 Barolo. This is refreshing on the nose and palate after all the heavyweights tonight. Lifted floral notes mingling with red fruit, sour cherries & balsamic notes. Palate is juicy and bright with slightly grippy tannins. Lovely now but would be great in another 4-5 years.
