Friday, March 31, 2023 - Tasty Bordeaux with ample dark fruit - blackberry, cassis. Leather, earth, mocha, violet, fennel, jalapeno, cedar. Ample structure and nice med - acidity. Smooth med tannins finish a little firm. Finish is long and lovely.
Decanted 1.5-2hrs which was needed, 1/2 bottle double decanted and enjoyed the next day - holds up but not much evolution.
