Sunday, April 2, 2023 - I like it. My favorite wines are generally so much on the red fruit spectrum but I believe Mugnier does such a great job whilst leaning towards purple fruit perceptions. Plus it is Chambolle, anyway. So this wine has very light bodied purple fruit, like tart plum, and tons of minerals in the lime rock, hard and soft, perception range. Its easy-going yet complex, quite perfumed, or maybe like cologne, as it comes across masculine. I also detect dark soil, in this lovely, great drinking Burgundy.
