Friday, May 8, 2009 - Light cherry in color. Started out slowly with earth on the nose and palate. After a half hour, a beautiful wine was revealed on both. Cherry and licorice on the nose and sweet balanced cherry, earth and licorice on the palate. Tasty, elegant and refined all the way through an extended finish.
