Friday, April 7, 2023 - Developing into a deeper gold color. Again, notes of peach, citrus, and slate. Seemed less sweet than I recall from earlier bottles, which was fine, but made me think the fruit may be fading too. Paired well with roast duck with Tamarind sauce at Origin Thai, (Basking Ridge)
