Friday, April 14, 2023 - First taste of the 2015 vintage. Still young to my taste. Decanted 1 hour. Needs a lot of air at this stage. 1 hour not enough. Dark brick red color. Lots of fruit, cherries on the palate. Powerfull tannins. Will wait another 2 years for the next bottle.
