Tuesday, April 18, 2023 - pours a brownish golden yellow. A little cloudy (unfined/unfiltered). Drank at cellar temp (55F). Smells like sherry and white flowers. Palate hits you with saltiness, bruised green apple, pickled peach and a good medium+ acidity backbone. Big body. Salty funkiness lingers for a while. Classic Jura, but very well balanced. Hint of cinnamon? There’s some spicy note.
