Thursday, April 20, 2023 - A beautiful Cote du Py. Lovely balance across all aspects: red fruit and pine-savoury flavours, tension and openness, and acid and sweetness. Excellent drive across the palate with very supple tannins and just a hint of grip. Just too tasty and ‘in the zone’ to leave in the cellar.
