Thursday, April 27, 2023 - This was delicious and drained quickly. Rich and somewhat heady, tropical fruits of papaya, vanilla extract, grilled pineapple and carmelized pear lead the way. The oak is integrated and it is fine to drink now. A sharp spine of acidity keeps the ripeness in balance.
