Friday, April 28, 2023 - Wow. Beautiful wine. The standout of the night at a wine dinner. A blend of their multiple cabernet vineyards and blocks. This was showing much better than the Carter Cellars Beckstoffer Grand Daddy of the same vintage (which Mark Carter, the vintner, agreed with). Can't believe how well it's drinking so young. Muted flavors on the nose, but it was a PnP. Dark red in color. On the palate, a mix of red and more black fruit. Balanced acidity and tannins.
