Monday, May 1, 2023 - Excellent wine, mineral, nervous, splendid acidity, and oh so marvelous chiseled notes of flint stone, slight citrus and a hint of charming vanilla. A beauty in balance and fine freshness. Wonderfully satisfying and no sign whatsoever of overripeness or premox!
